I like that he believes that we have to pay more money across the board. I like the career ladder, giving more for certified, for more advanced degree and the master teacher program (mentorship)as well and I agree that all of these are good ways to approach how to make the profession attractive. BUT all of this cost more and with the current funding schedule it's not going to happen. Good fodder for your site!
